The Pharaoh's Pump Foundation is an Oregon based 501 ( c ) 3 nonprofit organization located in beautiful southwestern Oregon, in the picturesque town of Coquille. Western Oregon is very beautiful and there is an abundance of water where we live. People ask why have a foundation about a water pump were there is so much water. How interesting it is that every farm and every dairy is connected with fine wires to either hydro-electric dams or nuclear power plants. Yes, there is water but the water is down in the rivers. Water for irrigation has to be moved from the river up to the land. This is an expensive procedure. Ask any farmer. We want to reduce that expense using an alternative system.
